Offer Faster Resolutions with Improved Navigation

Brands can now configure their Dynamic Help Center even more to help customers navigate throughout self service. Answer button subtitles give customers additional information, allowing them to make accurate selections and speed up their time to resolution. For example, instead of seeing just “Order & Delivery,” customers can see “Order & Delivery — Order edits, order tracking, pre-orders and order issues.

Answer button subtitles can also be configured to use contextual information from external systems. For example, if a visitor is ready to purchase after a product selection journey, a brand can choose to show stock availability, "Buy now! 3 units available."

Brands can display buttons in Dynamic Help Center in either a list or grid layout depending on their design and UX preferences.

Streamline Agents' Workload Between Zendesk and Mavenoid

Brands using Zendesk as their CRM appreciate how easily Mavenoid integrates to handle live support chats. We enhanced Mavenoid’s Agent Dashboard to keep each agents’ status synced as they resolve tickets across multiple channels: phone, chat, and email. Now, when an agent is online in Zendesk, they receive chats in Mavenoid. When they go offline or away in Zendesk, they automatically appear offline in Mavenoid’s Agent Dashboard and stop receiving chats.

This enhancement works alongside another useful setting — when an agent is on call in Zendesk Talk, they can be automatically marked offline in Mavenoid so they don’t receive chats while on the phone.

Permanent Redirects for Dynamic Help Center Sites

Brands can now set a site redirection as permanent. This will improve the SEO of the redirection by marking it as "HTTP 308 Moved Permanently." In addition, brands can set up multiple redirects at once by importing a CSV file.
